Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to spend time in Switzerland. In those moments, I found myself riding through the terraced vineyards of Lavaux, captivated by the region's winemaking heritage.

This love, combined with my passion for exceptional coffee and sutainability, became the driving force behind LAVAUX Coffee.

At LAVAUX Coffee, our mission is to craft hand-roasted coffee that honours winemaking's rich heritage and exceptional quality!
